The American Association of Independent Professional Baseball announced today that the contract of El Paso Diablos RHP Rick Rivas has been sold to the Los Angeles Dodgers. This is the second player purchased by the Dodgers since the end of the 2009 season

The 2010 promotional schedule promises new, exciting, out of the box promotions. As always, it will feature fan favorite popular promotions such as Firework Fridays, Thirsty Thursdays and QuarterMania Sundays. SpongeBob and Patrick will also be returning for a special appearance in 2010. Other promotions such as the “Ugliest Men Competition” will award the two ugliest fan males a complete makeover. The complete promotional schedule will be released in early February.

Our program is designed to reward students and teachers for their hard work on the TAKS test. This year’s Kids Day will feature booths from several organizations including the El Paso Police Department, the Border Patrol, M.A.D.D and many more.
