The Diablos rebounded from a suspended game on Monday to post victories of 5-2 and 4-1 against the visiting Worcester Tornadoes, splitting the series behind two rock solid starts from Scott Hodsdon and Freddy Flores.

For the second straight game, the Diablos rallied late against the Worcester Tornadoes but again could not complete the comeback, falling in game two of the inter-league series by a final of 8-5.

The Diablos surrendered four home runs to the visiting Worcester Tornadoes and had a ninth inning rally fall just short in an 11-10 loss in the team's first inter-league game of the 2012 season.

Miles Wolff, Commissioner of the American Association and the Can-Am League, announced on Wednesday that the two leagues will play an interlocking schedule for the 2012 season.
